Plain language, including the parts about ownership and leaving.
Account ownership
You own your account, your audience, your content and your payouts. Silveo operates under access you grant and can revoke at any time. We never hold your payout details and never transfer ownership of anything you created.
Scope of management
The disciplines included in your engagement are listed in your management agreement. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately in writing.
Fees
Silveo is paid a revenue share on managed earnings. The percentage and the basis of calculation are stated in your agreement before work begins.
Cancellation
You can leave whenever you want, with no notice period, no reason to give and no penalty. On exit we provide a handover document covering pricing, calendar, voice guide and the operating setup, and all access is returned or revoked.
Confidentiality
Everything we learn about your business stays private. We do not publish your name, image or figures without written consent for that specific use.
Trial period
The first 30 days are a test. If it is not right, you walk away and keep everything we built in that time.
