Silveo
FAQ

Everythingworth asking.

If something is not answered here, ask us directly. We would rather have the conversation before an application than after.

Ownership and access

Who owns my account?

You do, without exception. You hold the login and the payout account. We operate under access you grant and can revoke at any time.

What happens to my audience if we stop working together?

It stays yours. We provide a handover document covering pricing, calendar, voice guide and everything the team was running.

Do you ever change my payout details?

No. Payouts go directly to you and we never have authority over them.

Revenue and pricing

How does Silveo get paid?

A revenue share on managed earnings. The exact percentage depends on the scope of management and is agreed in writing before we begin.

Are there upfront fees?

No setup fee. If we are not growing your revenue, we are not making money either.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is an agreed initial period so the strategy has time to work, then it continues on notice.

Accounts and platforms

Which platforms do you work with?

Subscription platforms as the core of the business, with short form social used as distribution into it.

Can you manage more than one account?

Yes, where it makes sense. We will tell you honestly when a second account would split your audience rather than grow it.

Content

Do I still decide what I shoot?

Always. We brief, plan and direct. Nothing is published that you have not approved.

How much content do you need?

Enough for a consistent calendar. We plan around your capacity rather than the other way round.

Growth and marketing

Do you buy traffic?

Where it makes sense and where the numbers support it. Most growth comes from owned distribution first.

How fast do results usually appear?

Pricing and coverage changes tend to show inside the first month. Distribution work compounds over a quarter.

Fan communication

Will fans know it is not me?

The team writes in your voice, using a guide built with you. Boundaries are agreed in writing before anyone sends a message.

Can I still reply myself?

Yes. Many creators keep their top fans personally and hand the volume to the team.

Applying

Who gets accepted?

Applications are reviewed individually. We only take on creators we are confident we can scale, which means we say no often.

How long does the review take?

Usually within 72 hours.

Privacy

Is my application confidential?

Yes. Nothing you send is shared outside the review team.

Will you use my name publicly?

Only with written consent for that specific use. Case studies on this site are anonymised unless a creator has approved her name in writing.

Still deciding?

Applications are reviewed individually. We only take on creators we are confident we can scale.
